Seit einigen Wochen ist er nun da. Der Herbst. Mir kommt es heuer vor, als ob der Oktober gar nicht existiere, es ist wettertechnisch sofort November geworden. Der Nebel und die wirklich kühlen Temperaturen sorgen dafür, dass man sofort die kuscheligen Pullover und die Schurwollschals hervorholt. Duftkerzen und Kusmi Tees werden gekauft und auch ein bisschen Lebkuchen darf schon genascht werden. Ich sitze am Abend vor dem warmen Kamin, eingewickelt in eine weiche Decke, mit einer Tasse Tee und freue mich trotzdem über das typische Allerheiligenwetter, mich stört es keinewegs. Wann immer es meine Zeit zulässt, verbringe ich aber auch gerne viele Stunden an der frischen Luft, nur so komme ich gesundheitlich gut über den Winter.
Well, it’s been here for a few weeks now. Autumn. This year, to me it seemed like October did not exist, the weather went straight to November. Fog and quite cold temperatures make you want to grab your sweaters and woll-scarves. You feel like you are ready for all kinds of scented candles and Kusmi Tea, maybe even a little bit of gingerbread. I like to sit in front of my fireplace at night, get comfortable, wrapped in a soft blanket and with a cup of tea, happy about the Allhallows weather, I don’t mind it at all. Whenever possible I actually spend some time outside, that’s the only way for me to stay healthy through the cold season.
Of course I went shopping and I bought a couple of new pieces for the autumn and winter season. A pair of cool Levi’s jeans, a pretty lace blouse by H&M and a wool scarf by Acne Studios are among my new acquisitions.
Ich bevorzuge die Kombination Destroyed Jeans mit einer eleganten Bluse und dazu ein paar hübsche aber schlichte Accessoires und mein Outfit ist fertig. Bling Bling oder Blumenmuster brauche ich nicht. Der Casual Chic ist genau Meines und darin fühle ich mich auch sehr wohl.
I enjoy the combo of destroyed jeans with an elegant blouse and a pair of pretty accessories, that’s all my outfit needs. I don’t need any bling bling or flower patterns. Casual chic is exactly what I need and it makes me feel so comfortable.
Die Jeans von Levi’s stand schon etwas länger auf meiner Wunschliste. Ich wollte sie einfach mal anprobieren bevor ich sie mir online bestelle. Nachdem sie mir aber so gut gefallen hat, habe ich sie mir (besser gesagt mein lieber Mann) gleich im Store gekauft. Danke, Schatz!
The pair of Levi’s jeans has been on my wishlist for a while. I just wanted to try them once before ordering them online. But when I was at the store I liked it so much that I (or actually my lovely husband) had to buy it on the spot.
Ich trage total gerne Blusen, lieber als Pullover, so habe ich einfach nicht wiederstehen können und mir gleich drei schöne Blusen gekauft. Eine blaue Schluppenbluse habe ich dann aber doch wieder zurück geschickt. Die schwarze Spitzenbluse sieht nicht nur edel aus, sie trägt sich auch wunderbar. Der leichte Stoff mit den raffinierten Details macht sie zu einem wunderbaren Hingucker. Dezent, aber wirkungsvoll!
I love wearing blouses, much more than sweaters, I just could not resist and bought three pretty ones. I did send one of them back though. The black lace blouse does not only look classy, it feels great when you wear it. The light fabric and the subtle details make it a real eye-catcher. Discreet, but effective!
Acne Studios macht wundervolle Schurwollschals. Nicht nur die hervorragende Qualität sondern auch der klassische Schnitt zählen für mich und deshalb ist der kuschelige schwarze Schal auch der perfekte Begleiter für kalte Wintertage. Er wird auf jeden Fall diesen Winter noch sehr oft zum Einsatz kommen.
Acne Studios has lovely new wool scarves. It’s not just their amazing quality, but also the classic cut which makes the cuddly black scarf the perfect companion for cold winter days. I’m sure it will be worn quite often this season.
Dazu getragen habe ich klassische Loafers aus Leder, richtig praktisch an Tagen die mit Terminen ausgefüllt sind und ich viel laufen muss.
I combined all that with classic leather loafers, quite practical on days walking from one appointment to the next.
Das einzig auffallende Accessoire an dem Outfit ist der rote Fake Fur Bommel an meiner grauen Tasche, aber der musste einfach sein.
The only striking detail in this outfit is the fake fur pompon on my grey bag, I just had to have that on there.
