Eigentlich habe ich meine Haut schon in jungen Jahren sehr gepflegt. Ich kann mich noch gut erinnern, in der Nähe unserer Wohnung war eine große Parfumerie und ich war dort zu Hause. Schon damals habe ich mir sündhaft teure Produkte zugelegt. Meine erste Pflegeserie war von Marbert und für mich als Schülerin war das viel Geld. Jetzt im Nachhinein gesehen war es eigentlich nicht notwendig, junge Haut mit dermaßen viel Chemie zu behandeln. Ich hatte sehr schöne, reine Haut und eine derartige Pflege wäre nicht notwendig gewesen. Trotzdem war es mir wichtig, meine Haut zu pflegen. Meine Mutti hat – soweit ich mich erinnern kann – immer nur die gute alte Nivea Creme für ihr Gesicht verwendet. Noch mit 85 Jahren hatte sie eine wunderbar weiche Haut und wenige Falten, bewundernswert!
When I was younger I already knew how to take care of my skin. I remember a perfumery located not far from where I lived, it was my home away from home. Even as young as I was, I was already into the more expensive products. My first nourishing products were from Marbert and for me as a student that was a lot of money. Looking back at it now, it was probably not necessary to load up my young skin with so many products. I had very clean, healthy skin, all this care was not required. I still felt like doing it anyway. My mom only used – as much as I can remember – the good old Nivea cream for her face. She had a beautifully soft skin with very few wrinkles even at age 85, admirable!
Mit dem Alter kommen natürlich kleine Fältchen und die Haut ist, speziell im Winter, sehr trocken. Da bedarf es einer guten und reichhaltigen Hautpflege. Ganz wichtig ist mir, eine besonders gute Reinigung und ein Peeling. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir vor kurzem das Glow Tonic von Pixi gekauft. Macht die Haut wunderbar rein und peelt es zugleich.
With age, of course, you get a couple of wrinkles and especially in winter the skin gets dry. That’s why you need a good, rich care product. Außerdem verwende ich speziell zur Make-Up Entfernung und sanften Reinigung das Eau de mousse micellaire Reinigungs Mousse von NUXE Paris. Es entfernt mühelos Lidschatten und Mascara.
Besides that, I also use Eau de mousse micellaire for getting rid of make-up, it’s a cleaning mousse by NUXE Paris. It easily takes care of eyeshadow and mascara.
Für eine intensive Pflege verwende ich seit Kurzem den medizinischen EGF Hautbalsam von Dr. Edgar Reschberger (Solubia Vital*). Ich muss Euch sagen, ich habe – seit ich den Balsam verwende – eine super gepflegte Haut und die kleinen Fältchen werden geglättet.
For a more intensive care I have been using Medizinischer EGF Hautbalsam by Dr. Edgar Reschberger (Solubia Vital*) for some time now. Let me tell you, my skin has improved quite a bit and the little wrinkles are all but gone.
Gerne verwende ich auch zur täglichen Pflege die Crème Lissante von NUXE Paris.

Auf Langstreckenflügen (Man weiß ja, wie furchtbar trocken die Luft in einem Flugzeug ist und wenn man dann noch 9-10 Stunden fliegt, ist die Haut einfach am Ende) verwende ich gerne die Eight Hour Cream von Elizabeth Arden, die immer in meinem Handgebäck dabei ist. Für mich ein absolutes Muss!
On long distance flights (you know how awfully dry the air gets in an airplane and when you’re in the air for 9-10 hours, your skin takes quite the beating) I like to use Eight Hour Cream by Elizabeth Arden, I keep it in my hand luggage all the time. It’s an absolute must!
Eine gute Lippenpflege ist mir genauso wichtig wie ein frisches und gepflegtes Aussehen. Ich verwende meine Produkte morgens und abends und das jeden Tag!
