Wir haben großes Glück und wohnen in einem wunderschönen Ort in Niederösterreich. Nur Wald und Wiesen um uns, ein großartiges Fleckchen Erde, sag‘ ich Euch. Meine Kinder haben es schon genossen, hier aufzuwachsen und ich hoffe meine Enkelkinder einmal auch.
Zweimal im Jahr wird auf „unserer“ Wiese Heu gemacht. Meistens im Juni und September. Es gibt für uns nichts Schöneres, als den Duft von frisch gemähten Wiesen, besonders morgens, wenn das Gras vom Tau noch etwas feucht ist, da riecht es am allerbesten.
We are really lucky to be living in a beautiful town in Lower Austria. Only forest and meadow around us, a lovely place I tell you. My children were quite happy to grow up out here and I hope my future grand children will get to experience this as well.
Twice a year they make hay on „our“ meadow. Usually in June and September. We really enjoy the smell of freshly cut grass, especially in the morning, when the grass is still a little moist, that’s when it’s at it’s best.
Mitte Juni war es dann wieder soweit und es wurde schon zeitig in der Früh gemäht, herrlich sage ich Euch. Am darauffolgenden Tag wurde das Gras gewendet und getrocknet. Genau diese Zeit nutzten wir für ein Fotoshooting. Ich denke, mein Mister hat sich diesmal selber übertroffen und großartige Bilder gemacht.
Ich trage ein leichtes ärmelloses Sommerkleidchen mit einer kleinen Raffung vorne und einem etwas länger geschnittenen Rückenteil. Ich habe mir das Kleid vergangenes Jahr im September bei Zara gekauft und leider nur einmal ausgeführt. Aber in diesem Jahr kommt es sicher mehrmals zum Einsatz. Ein leichter Seidenschal von Faliero Sarti sorgte für einen Farbtupfer zu dem eher schlichten Outfit.
In the middle of June it was that time again and they started cutting the grass, lovely I tell you. The next day they turned the grass around and they started to dry it. That’s when we did our shoot. I think my Mister outdid himself this time and the pictures turned out great.
I’m wearing a sleeveless shirt with gathers at the front and a slightly longer back. I bought the dress last year in September at Zara and only wore it once since then. This year I shall wear it more often. A light silk scarf by Faliero Sarti acts as a slight colour accent for this rather discreet outfit.
Dazu kombiniert habe ich meine neuen Pantoletten in Flechtoptik. Mir hat der Schuh sofort gut gefallen, weil er ein bisschen anders ist, als meine bisherigen Modelle.
Meine neue Speedy von Louis Vuitton durfte natürlich auch mit und so haben wir auf unserer Wiese ein paar wunderbare Sommerbilder gemacht, bevor der Heuwagen kam und große Heuballen aus dem getrockneten Gras machte.
I combined this outfit with weaved-look mules. I liked these shoes immediately because they are quite different than all the other stuff I have.
My new Speedy by Louis Vuitton was also along with me and so we took a couple of nice summer pictures before the hay wagon came to pick it all up.
