Unvorstellbar, dass ich noch vor zwei Wochen im Meer gebadet habe und im Badeanzug in der Sonne gelegen bin und das nur 6,5 Autostunden von Wien entfernt! Was würde ich darum geben, so wie das Wetter gerade bei uns in Österreich ist, einfach die Koffer zu packen und in den Flieger zu steigen! Um diese Jahreszeit packt mich, wie fast jedes Jahr, ordentlich das Fernweh! Die grauen Tage und das feucht-kalte Wetter rütteln schon ordentlich an meinen Gemütszustand, aber ich werde jetzt nicht mehr weiter jammern, denn in 10 Wochen mache ich mich aus dem Staub und reise in wärmere Gefilde.
It’s kind of hard to imagine that only two weeks ago I was swimming in the sea, lying in the sun in my bathing suit and all that only a 6 ½ hour drive away from Vienna! Oh I would do almost anything to just pack my bags and fly away right now. This always happens to me during this season by the way, the wanderlust. The grey days, the wet and cold weather – those don’t exactly make me happy, but I shall no longer lament, because in only ten weeks we will be off to some place where it’s nice and warm.
