Viel zu lange schon stehen meine Converse ungetragen in meinem Schuhschrank, ich habe sie mir in New York gekauft, denn sie waren ein richtig tolles Schnäppchen. Ich musste sie haben, schon alleine der Farbton hat es mir angetan. Tja und wie es so kommen musste, ich habe einfach darauf vergessen und so fristeten sie ein einsames Dasein. Al ist ja sehr neidisch auf meine Schuhe, da es die speziellen Converse light ox sind und leider nicht mehr hergestellt werden. Al’s ausgetragenes Paar dient momentan als kreativer Blumentopf in ihrem kleinen Garten.
My Converse have been in my shoe cabinet for far too long, I bought them in New York, they were a bargain. I had to have them, the colour alone was enough to convince me. Well, to be honest I simply forgot about them once I put them in the cabinet and so they were on their own for a long time. Al is quite jealous of those shoes because they are Converse light ox, a type of Converse that they no longer make. Al’s old pair now serves as a creative flower pot in her little garden.
Als ist sie wieder entdeckt habe, war ich super happy und habe sie gleich mal mit einem schönen dunkelblauen Organza Rock und meinem neuen Popeline Hemd kombiniert. Tasche wollte ich dazu nicht tragen und so habe ich mir meine Kate Spade Geldbörse und meinen Mister geschnappt und diese Bilder für Euch geknipst.
When I rediscovered them I was really happy and combined them with a nice dark blue Organza skirt and my new Popeline shirt. I didn’t want to wear a bag with this outfit and so I just grabbed my Kate Spade wallet and my mister and we headed out to take these shots for you.
Das Popeline Hemd war ein Spontankauf bei Zara, es ist aus 96% Baumwolle und 4% Elastan. Der Rundhalsausschnitt gefällt mir besonders gut, genau so wie die etwas gepufften langen Ärmel mit Schleife. Ein Seitenschlitz peppt das Hemd richtig schön auf. Ganz hübsch finde ich auch den versteckten Knopfverschluss. Ich trage das Hemd auch sehr gerne als Jäckchen, so gefällt es mir fast am Besten.
The Popeline shirt was a spontaneous buy at Zara, it’s made out of 96% cotton and 4% elastane. I really like the round neck cut-out, as well as the slightly puffy, long sleeves with the bow. The slash on the sides makes the shirt pop. I also really like the hidden button latch. Sometimes I like to wear the shirt as a jacket, I almost prefer it that way, actually.
Die Geldbörse von Kate Spade New York, ich bin ein großer Fan dieses Labels, habe ich mir im Outlet Sawgrass Mills Florida gekauft. Sie war sehr günstig, aus diesem Grund habe ich mir gleich noch eine zweite Börse zugelegt!
I got the Kate Spade New York wallet, I’m a big fan of the label, in the Outlet Sawgrass Mills in Florida. It was really cheap, that’s why I bought a second wallet as well.
Der blaue Rock ist von & Other Stories, ich habe mir dieses wunderschöne Stück im vergangenen Jahr in Hamburg gekauft. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick, so geht es mir immer wieder. Ich musste nicht lange überlegen, der ausgefallene Schnitt und Stoff – es ist eine Art Organza – hat mir sofort zugesagt.
The blue skirt is by & Other Stories, I bought it last year on my trip to Hamburg. It was love at first sight, as it happens all the time. I didn’t have to think for very long, the fancy cut and fabric – a kind of Organza – convinced me right away.
Die Converse in einem zarten Mint passen doch sehr gut zu diesem Look. Was sagt Ihr dazu, gefällt es Euch? Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall jetzt öfters tragen, ich bin auf den Geschmack gekommen!
