Beim Durchforsten meiner Urlaubsfotos habe ich tatsächlich noch ein paar Bilder entdeckt, die ich Euch nicht vorenthalten möchte.
Wie Ihr sicher mittlerweile wisst, waren wir im Februar für drei Tage in Florida, um anschließend mit dem Schiff nach New Orleans, Mexiko und die Cayman Inseln zu reisen.
Nachdem ich im Urlaub nicht unbedingt aufgebrezelt herumlaufe – damit meine ich kein Make-Up und nur legere Kleidung – wollte ich Euch die Fotos gar nicht zeigen. Dann dachte ich mir aber „Warum eigentlich nicht?“. Et voilà – hier sind sie nun!
While going through my vacation photos I actually found a couple of images which I don’t want you to miss.
As you must know by now, we spent three days in Florida in Febuary and afterwards we went on a cruise to New Orleans, Mexico and the Cayman Islands.
Since I usually don’t style myself too much on vacation – meaning no make-up and a casual clothing style – I originally didn’t want to show you these. But then I thought, „What the heck!“. Et voilà – here they are!
Wir hatten schon morgens an die 26 Grad und eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Keine fünf Minuten unterwegs und man kam ordentlich in’s Schwitzen. Nachdem wir nur ein paar Tage in Florida waren, musste die Zeit auch genutzt werden und wir haben sehr viel unternommen, das Meiste zu Fuß, aber es hat richtig viel Spaß gemacht.
In der Nähe unseres Hotel gab es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten tolle Fotos zu machen und so haben wir uns für den nahegelegenen Hafen und eine große Brücke entschieden.
It was about 26°C in the morning and the humidity was high. It didn’t take long and you were covered in sweat. Since we only had a handful days in Florida, we had to make the most of our time and so we did a lot of things, most of it on foot, and had quite a bit of fun doing it.
Close to our hotel we found many places for great photos and so we decided to go for the nearby harbor and a big bridge.
Das große Schiff im Hintergrund war unseres. Es ist schon sehr zeitig in der Früh eingelaufen und natürlich mussten wir es uns ansehen.
Wie ich anfangs schon erwähnt habe, war mein Outfit eher leger und nicht aufregend, aber die Location war der Hammer – seht selbst!
The big ship in the background was ours. It came into the harbor early in the morning and of course we had to be there to check it out.
Like I said before, my out fit is rather casual and not very exciting, but the location was just amazing – take a look!
